New cooperation between Northern University and State University of Humanities and Technology
In July 2020, a bilateral agreement was signed between Northern University and State University of Humanities and Technology, Moscow region, Russia.
The cooperation is aimed at promoting bilateral relations in academic and scientific fields. State University of Humanities and Technology is considered to be one of the oldest universities in Russia /founded on May 7, 1940/.
State University of Humanities and Technology will implement double diploma program with Northern University engaging four bachelor’s degree programs.
Among the international partners State University of Humanities and Technology has a special role and opens new perspectives for the professors and students of Northern University. It is planned to expand the scope of cooperation engaging new spheres in near future.
State University of Humanities and Technology of Moscow region ( which is considered to be one of the oldest universities in Russia (founded on May 7, 1940)), will implement double diploma program with Northern University based upon the interinstitutional agreement. The double diploma program will be implemented with the given bachelor’s degree programs:
- 011201.01.6 Preschool Pedagogy and Methodology / part-time / - 2 places
- 011301.01.6 Pedagogy at Elementary School and Methodology / part-time / - 2 places
- 011401.20.6 Russian Language and Literature /full-time, part-time/ - 2 places
- 011401.06.6 Informatics /part-time/ - 2 places .
The applicants wishing to study simultaneously at Northern University and State University of Humanities and Technology must take special online entrance exams to be admitted to State University of Humanities and Technology of Moscow region. The applicants who successfully pass the entrance exams will be assigned as students of two universities at the same time. Students will only pay the tuition fee of Northern University, and the education at the mentioned Russian university will be free. The education in Russia will be online.
The deadline of the application is August 5, 2020 for full-time and August 19, 2020 for part-time education.
